 Kamikaze Zombie is a horror-fueled extreme metal band from New Orleans, Louisiana, blending death metal’s brutality, thrash’s speed, and hardcore’s raw groove. Formed in 2014 by frontman Clint Spain, the band has built a decade-long legacy of chaos, live ferocity, and cinematic horror imagery.

In 2025, Kamikaze Zombie unleashed their double EP It Was More Fun in Hell: A Decade of Perseverance Vol. 1 & 2, recorded, mixed, and mastered by Jack Bennett at WorkPlay Studio A in Birmingham, Alabama. Featuring the singles “Bite of the Wolf (2025)” and “Devil’s Night (2025 Version)”, the project celebrates ten years of destruction and sets the stage for their next full-length album, Crude Mutations, coming in 2027.

Over the years, Kamikaze Zombie has shared stages with Cannibal Corpse, Exodus, Exhorder, Obituary, The Black Dahlia Murder, Goatwhore, Crowbar, Fear Factory, Eyehategod, Phil Anselmo & The Illegals, the Cavalera Conspiracy, and many more — proving themselves as one of the South’s most uncompromising underground metal forces.
