Kamikaze Zombie is a horror-fueled extreme metal band from New Orleans, Louisiana, blending the speed of thrash, the brutality of death metal, and the raw power of hardcore. Formed in 2014 by frontman Clint Spain, the band delivers an explosive mix of aggression and cinematic darkness, backed by feral live shows and a devoted cult following known as the Crude Mutants.

With a decade of chaos behind them, Kamikaze Zombie recently unleashed their double EP It Was More Fun in Hell: A Decade of Perseverance Vol. 1 & 2, recorded, mixed, and mastered by Jack Bennett at WorkPlay Studio A in Birmingham, AL. Featuring the singles “Bite of the Wolf (2025)” and “Devil’s Night (2025 Version)”, the band continues to evolve while staying fiercely independent. Their next full-length album, Crude Mutations, is already in the works for 2027.

Over the years, Kamikaze Zombie has shared the stage with some of metal’s most legendary acts — including Cannibal Corpse, Exodus, Exhorder, Obituary, The Black Dahlia Murder, Goatwhore, Crowbar, Fear Factory, Eyehategod, Phil Anselmo & The Illegals, the Cavalera Conspiracy, and many more — proving with every performance why they remain one of the South’s most uncompromising underground metal forces.
